Gary Mattis provides the best customer service! Although my experience was not the best due to having been scammed by a prior mechanic - the service Gary provided me was above and beyond. Long story Although my experience was not the best due to having been scammed by a prior mechanic - the service Gary provided me was above and beyond. Long story short, I brought my Infiniti in to find out my car had severe water damage while being at a nearby mechanic's shop. Gary had to break the news to me & as you can imagine I was devastated. Although, I was a complete mess - Gary did everything in his power to cheer me up & said he will still check my car. Because of Gary - I will buy another Infiniti along spreading the word to all my colleagues, friends and family. Gary you are amazing!! More
