Superb Salesman, poor Certification process Brian was excellent at his job in sales. It was sweltering hot that day I looked at the Q40's, and Brian Peynado stayed with me all the while as I c Brian was excellent at his job in sales. It was sweltering hot that day I looked at the Q40's, and Brian Peynado stayed with me all the while as I carefully studied all 9 Q40's and test drove three. Brian was exceptionally polite, well spoken, friendly, and got the deal done. The issue with the Certification is as follows: Fette paperwork as well as the Carfax report stated that the brake rotors has been "resurfaced". They were NOT. I noticed the warped rotors the day after picking up the car and one week later took my Q40 to Flemington Infiniti (near where I live). They confirmed the rotors were noticeably warped and had NOT been resurfaced, so they properly resurfaced them. Now the car stops smoothly. I will not be bringing my Q40 back to Fette for service based on this incident, even though Fette is nearby my workplace. Regards, Howard More

I rather drive to NJ (longer distance and pay tolls) for Fette Infiniti service than get my service done at the infiniti dealer/service department in Queens, NYC... closer to where I live. When my brother in-law brings his Infinti to the Queens service department, I usually have to pick him up because the wait time can be an all day process. When I bring my car to Fette, I check in my car with Joe Valenti, and service is complete within the hour. I really like the updates I receive about my car when waiting in the service lounge. More
