Rim Damage after alignment check Very disaapointed and ANGRY. I came here to get an alignment done which I was quoted $450 for. Disappointed Yesterday I brought my car in to be serviced. I was told to go to Gary’s office because he would be able to help. Upon entering his office, i stood fo Yesterday I brought my car in to be serviced. I was told to go to Gary’s office because he would be able to help. Upon entering his office, i stood for 3 minutes before i was rudely acknowledged, as if he couldn’t be bothered. After I loudly said “hello” and explained the issue with my vehicle, that my washer fluid wasn’t coming out and that I thought the container was cracked and leaking, he accused me of being in an accident and exclaimed “that’s going to be on you!” as if i was being reprimanded by a teacher or parent. After someone else explained that the fluid had just frozen over, I decided to leave. I felt very disrespected and unwelcomed. Gary’s attitude was completely uneccessary and uncalled for, and I’m am seriously considering going elsewhere, as poor service is not worth my time or money. More

I told him what my budget was and wouldn’t go a penny over as well as the features I was looking for in my brand new Q60 coupe. Not only did he make it fun & easy he has followed up with me with call backs on my experience with the car. Mediocre Experience, Competitive Pricing, Poor Customer Serv Overall it was a mediocre experience, I didn't feel like they made the car buying experience any easier. One positive is that they are a high-volume dealer, so they have more room to negotiate for a better pricing. Raphael was good to work with overall, no issues but he doesn’t have any authority to make good deals. The Finance Manager Simon that finalized my paperwork was rude and his upsell pitch is comical at best. He grew irritated and rude when I wouldn’t sign the lease papers w/o inspecting the vehicle or at minimum seeing the window sticker which wasn’t in my paperwork to begin with, he basically told me to find my sales rep and he didn’t have time to wait for me to look at the vehicle. He also “forgot” to put in writing the lease payment on my old vehicle Fette agreed to pick up. Again he was agitated to put it in writing….. seems this will be last time I will be going to this dealer because of this mistreatment. I will be writing to the Infiniti corp as well just so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. More
