We bought brand new Infintit G25X AWD from Fette 2 weeks before and my husband was dealing with sales guy name Juan over the phone as we did our homework before buying and juan was agreed to our asking pric before and my husband was dealing with sales guy name Juan over the phone as we did our homework before buying and juan was agreed to our asking price and gave us appointment to visit so we can make a deal but when we reached there; he increased $1000 more on what he agreed over the phone. My husband thought may be he overheard him (eventually it wasn't true)on the phone but at last after some counter agruments and speaking with sales manager they agreed to our asking price. In our head we were wondering if that wasn't the case then why would they made deal with us because they were trying to gimmick and squeeze extra money from us since we didn't leave huge margin for them. Not only that but before making deal we asked them to give all weather mats which he said yes he will order it for us since they were out of stock and pick up it up later on. He said he will call us as soon as he has them anyways after couple days later my husband called several times to check whether he got it or not and leave messages with receptionist but NO ONE care to answer us back. And just last friday some one from Finance dept called us that they forgot one of our contract paper to be signed so please come and sign and my husband again told him for mats so he said he will pass the message to JUAN. And finally we rcv'd call from JUAN on monday and he said he has the mats and our license plates ready too. We went there on Tuesday evening to pick up but we saw the mats are for G37 while we bought G25X. We informed him right away and he goes, Ooo.. thats fits in G25 also i am sorry but if you want i can order one more time and you can come back again for pick up. Who got spare time to go all the way to north jersey if you live all the way in south jersey?.... NOT ONLY THAT THEY ALSO LIED US ABOUT SEVERAL OTHER THINGS WHICH WE FOUND IT LATER 1) TEMPORARY INSURANCE, AFTER MAKING DEAL ON CAR WE WANTED TO PICK UP THE CAR SAME DAY AS THEY HAVE IT READY BUT THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR OWN INSURANCE AS DEALER DOESN'T PROVIDE TEMPORARY INSURANCE TO ANYONE...AND BY THE TIME ALL CONTRACT PAPER AND EVERYTHING WAS SIGNED IT WAS LATE NIGHT AROUND 9PM AND OUR NEW INSURANCE WAS STARTING NEXT DAY FROM 12AM SO THEY DIDN'T GIVE US DELIVERY AND WE HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN NEXT DAY TO PICK UP.....COME ON WHAT KIND OF DEALERSHIP BUSINESS YOU RUNNING WHO DOESN'T PROVIDE TEMPORARY INSURANCE ON NEW CAR FOR 1-2 DAYS UNTIL THEIR CUSTOMER GETS THEIR OWN STARTED...SAME THE FRIEND OF MY WHO BOUGHT G37 GOT TEMPORARY INSURANCE FOR COUPLE DAYS 2) INFINITI KEYCHAIN, WHEN I ASKED ONE THEY SAID INFINITI STOP MAKING KEYCHAINS AND FRIEND OF MY RECENTLY BOUGHT G37 FROM RAY CATINA AND HE GOT ONE...SO WHEN WE WENT THERE TO PICK UP LICENSE PLATES AND MATS WE SHOWED HIM THAT KEYCHAIN AFTER THAT HE GAVE US ONE TOO!!! Their finance and sale manager was plesant to work with other then that there is no reason for us to buy a car from them. Just be careful and don't think that your customers are stupid and they don't know what you doing!!!! Thanks Ekta & Ravi More
The staff was great. The only problem I had was with the price. When I viewed the price online, the vehicle was slightly lower than I was charged for the car once the paperwork was done. As soon as I walked in the door Ryan gave me a warm welcome. He really made me feel like he wanted to help me and make my experience the best possible. (Which he did) I was told that Ryan was helping out since Juan was helping another customer. Once Juan Villegas was done with his customer he jumped right in helping to complete the transaction. Juan was very nice and also very patient. He had the fun job of helping me pick out a color. Evrything went very smoothly...thanks to all of the staff, Ryan, Juan, Charles & at the end Sam. They made this experience a pleasurable one. I usually tell people I hate shopping for a car, but now I would tell them to go to Fette Infiniti where they were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They turned a stressful experience into a wonderful experience. They all had such a great attitude even though it was so late. Infiniti should be very proud of them. Thank you for a great experience. i have been an Infiniti user since the I30 came out way back when. I was driving a 2008 G35x on a 39 month lease with approx 6 months to go. I received an early termination approval from Infiniti and did some research on the new G37x which i wanted and for pricing. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Another dealer was in the ball park whom I dealt with a few times but there was something about dealing with in the beginning Ryan the internet manager that made me feel comfortable. We spoke on the phone and set up the appointment to come in which i did. The G37x on hold was black on black. But when my wife and I walked in we saw the Quartz colored G37x with light interior and fell in love with it. Alvin wom Ryan turned us over to is a very knowledgable young man who made the rest of the deal fast. Within a couple hours of being their they took my turned in G35x and out we drove in our new G37x. Alvin gave us a drive through of their service area for when we come in for routine maintenance which no other dealer ever did. Thier showroom was very busy. Before I forget the receptionist whom we spoke with a few times [ forgot her name ] was very pleasant and polite. We are extrememly happy with our new infiniti G37x and glad we made the deal with Fette. Would highly recommend Fette More
The Lease on my 2008 G37 Coupe was ending soon so it was time to start shopping for a new one. I don't like wasting time driving from store to store, so I called virtually every Infiniti dealer in the Centr time to start shopping for a new one. I don't like wasting time driving from store to store, so I called virtually every Infiniti dealer in the Central and North Jersey Region. After speaking to many salesmen on the phone, Juan at Fette was a breath of fresh air. He was intelligent, professional and easy going. He gave me the M.S.R.P of the vehicle I was looking for and broke down all the fees and taxes. Fette was also the only dealer in the state to have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock with the color and all the bells and whistles I was looking for. Because of the horrible Japanese earthquake inventory was low. Some other dealers promised they can get the car with my specific add ons but all they really had was a "ghost"(a car theat doesn't exist) When I finally went to Fette the experience was quick and painless. Juan and Sonny worked out a great price on my new lease without the stereotypical game playing I experienced with other car dealers. My new G7 coupe is one of a kind gorgeous. I have gotten a lot of oohs and ahhs from friends and neighbors and if it weren't for Fette Infiniti of Clifton, NJ I would not have this car. I would highly reccommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used Infiniti. More

Brought my vehicle in after 1 year of ownership, the car began to shake while driving. Had the wheel balancing done twice prior at a different dealership to ensure that the wheels and tires weren't the prob began to shake while driving. The service manager told me he had to balance the wheels before they checked anything else, and it wold cost me $80. I said, rally, you won't check tie rods, suspension components etc, or even just turn the wheels with your hands to ensure smooth travel first? Nope. What a scam. Stay away. Don't sign any release forms! Guess what, turned out to be a seized brake caliper. Sneaky all the way... More
This is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to work with. I came to Fette after finding out the Internet Manager I bought a car from at Infiniti of Englewood had left there and was misfortune to work with. He was not in their employment after our initial contact. NO ONE answered my emails or called me to even try to sell me a car. On my own, I did come into the store and dealt with a Manager by the name of Sonny. When spending $50k for a car, you don't want a guy dealing with you who you wouldn't trust to sell you a $1,500 used car. He gave me a low ball offer on my M and told me I had 5 minutes to decide or the deal was void. Who the heck does this guy think he is. When I'm spending $50k, I want to be treated with respect and dignity. Long story short, I wound up getting a great deal on the car from Ray Catena Infiniti and they even offered to pick and deliver my car when it needs service. Not that's the way you do business to earn a customer. I was so impressed, that last week I bought my daughter a BMW from their BMW store. More
I bought a 2010 FX35 5 weeks ago after searching for it on the internet. Fette gave me the best price, and no other dealers in the Northeast could match it. The sales experience was quick and easy, and I have no complaints there. I am a New York state resident and faxed my insurance info to Fette 1 week in advance of my visit to pick up the car. They told me my license plates and registration would be mailed to me within 2 weeks. I am still awaiting the delivery of my plates after 3 separate calls to the dealer. My temporary plates and registration are now 11 days overdue. I have gotten two promises that my plates would be overnight shipped to me and still no plates. Definitely would not go back there because their customer service is obviously poor. I've never even gotten an explanation as to why they can't seem to give my problem some priority. More
