Hi Scott317, I'm Danny, Head of the Customer Relations Dept. I'm sorry about your plates. Due to the end of year specials, our courier is a little backed up on getting new plates, it is also possible that your file might have been overlooked. Unless you went through a third party, I would like to know who your salesman was that sold you the G37x. As every salesman knows about the fuse when delivering the vehicle and is supposed to go over it during the delivery of the vehicle. It is part of our Total Ownership Experience, we take the time to go over every detail of the vehicle. We even go as far as getting a 2nd appointment after the sale, just to go over everything again. We are human, and I believe everyone makes mistakes. Can you tell me how I am able to help you? Regards, Danny Rodriguez

Hi Danny, At this point the car has been sitting idle waiting for the plates. I cannot legally drive the car. (Temp registration expired 1/18/12). So basically I am paying to lease a car that I cannot drive? I guess the "What do you want me to do?" attitude from Mark was what really made your service even more special. I was able to over look the fuse situation (thanks google), and even the lack of state inspection (it cost me a Saturday and $10 fee, but the lack of interest and respect from Mark was just uncalled for. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but I would have liked anyone at your dealership to at least try to help me. The bottom line is as of today 1/23/12 it's five days since the temp docs expired and I cannot drive the car. When am I going to get my plates? It seems odd that it would take this long. Scott, I just spoke to someone in my accounting office. We are expecting a shipment of plates at 4PM today. Yes Danny I received my plates, but that doesn't make up for the fact I could not drive the car for 6 days due to your dealership error. I still have to make my lease payment all you did was do what I paid for in my DMV fees. The dealership did not go above and beyond. If I didn't complain so adamantly to your dealership I would still be waiting for my plates. Right? I can't fathom how you would even think I would be satisfied now? It's not like the dealership offered to compensate for the lost time I could not drive the car. Your friend Mark there just hung up on me. Correct?

Hi Scott, Mark is no longer working with the company. We hired a new manager. After further investigation and a coordinated effort between our staff and your broker firm, it appears that the original reg number your broker firm provided us was incorrect. We encourage you to look at our other reviews, and you will see that this problem doesn't happen here. That, with the delay, was a mistake in part of the broker firm you dealt with. We want to have the correct information, as well as, I'm sure you wanted to have the correct information. We are all human, we all make mistakes, and we don't like our clients to suffer because of this. With that said, we did everything we could to diagnose, isolate, and correct the problem.
