Horrible experience. Car priced $3K over Nada value. My FCU called them "shysters". Their financing came in at 10% higher apr and they wanted to insist that I use them! Kept harassing me with slightly lowered price when I clearly told them my highest offer and stated I would not deal above that. When my plates finally came in, the GM was VERY aggressive and seemed to take the deal personally. He hadn't responded to my requests for a second fob and stated that he didn't need to because I wouldn't drive two hours to "renegotiate" over my top price. MVC says they lied about not being able to get special plates - they only needed to check a box instead of making me go in after getting regular plates first. I purchased my own keys/fobs and asked them to program and the GM said it would cost $300. Overall, my impression of the salesman, Johnny, was fantastic, his management "Charles" was absolutely predatory, confrontational, and took normal behavior as a personal insult. I will definitely drive an extra hour out of my way for my next Infiniti to not have to deal with such hostility. More

Purchase a Q70L 2019, in May 2022 drove from Queens Ny to Clifton NJ to inspect the car before making a decision to purchase. Before my arrival the first red flag was the sale rep didn’t return my call while there I decided to go through with the purchase so I left a deposit in hopes that some things that I requested were available when I return to pick the vehicle I was assured by the sales manager Juan Villegas that when I returned in one week the mats and other items would be available with the car well that was all a lie. Nothing was available and during the purchase I found out that the sales manager lied just to confirm the sale, that’s not how you conduct business. Well it’s now been 3 weeks and still no mats phone calls not responded to nothing . I have purchased many cars in the past and yes sales rep do stretch the truth a bit for a sale but I never met such an untrustworthy sales dealership in my lifetime. The sales manager Juan Villegas here is all about your money he can care less about you the customer I wouldn’t recommend Fette Infiniti to anyone More
