Zach Heinz is a great salesman but sales manager Juan Villegas lacks customer service. Never returns calls. No communication at all. Hes either not available or not in. Messages left not returned. My car was completely vandalized by the mechanics in the service department and was documented through Infiniti corporate. About $9000 in upgrades and damage because of the poor knowledge these mechanics p service department and was documented through Infiniti corporate. About $9000 in upgrades and damage because of the poor knowledge these mechanics possess at Fette Infiniti! At the end of the day it was a $65 gasket that was causing all the issues! Fette Infiniti service Department is not to be trusted. From leaving out metal pins on new brake jobs Intentionally so the customer has to spend more money to vandalizing parts either for personal or financial gain. The service department tried to void my warranty on more than one part so that I would have to pay out-of-pocket! They are trying to constantly get over on the customer. Most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with! Everything has been documented through Infiniti consumer affairs if any consumer has any questions! I would say just steer clear of Fette Auto group in it's entirety ! They are thieves and they are criminals! More
