Impossible to get a hold of service department, woman at the front desk had absolutely no idea wat was going on and could not help at all and transferred me to the wrong department 3 times, service departme the front desk had absolutely no idea wat was going on and could not help at all and transferred me to the wrong department 3 times, service department found 8 problems with my car when it was only there for an oil change. Was an attempt to scam me for over 8 grand. I took it to 2 other HONEST mechanics and they said the car was absolutely fine. This was during coronvirus prime time so I'm sure they were doing to get money that they were losing. Thieves and incompetent people, wish I never bought a car from here. I'm also never allowed to get a loaner car when my car is there for an extended period of time, they make it almost impossible, it's in my contract that i get one when my car is there for an extended stay. Awful wat they do to there own clients. More
