Did not get what I was promised I have been an Infiniti customer for over 12 years now. I've never had an issue with a dealership misleading me until now. I was told that the SUV had I have been an Infiniti customer for over 12 years now. I've never had an issue with a dealership misleading me until now. I was told that the SUV had a whole bunch of options that it doesn't. Never received a walk through when I picked up the car and then come to find out, it had nothing I was promised. When I went back to speak to the manager he was extremely rude and wanted me to pay the difference for the options I was promised . I normall go to Ramsey Infiniti to get my cars, I definitely made a mistake coming to Fette for this one. More
