Great overall service! I brought in my mom’s (Tina Gage) truck. Jimmy (aka James) provided stellar service for both of my morning visits. 5 star; start to finish. My only complaint.... the coffee machine was broken. :-( Tough for those with morning appts. Suggestion: A “not working” should have been put on the machine so ppl would stop using it and someone should have just gone to Dunkin Donuts and bought 1-2 carafes of coffee. They do this at my BMW dealership (BMW of Ramsey). So I figured Fette Infiniti would do the same. Overall, I was happy and will continue to bring my Mom’s truck for service. Thanks. Laureen Gage. More
