First Time experience When I dropped off my car the person who took my keys told me to go wait in the waiting room. I had to find a sale representative to explain to me the process. I have been a customer of BMW for years and the treatment was much more personal and friendly. Unfortunately my first time experience with Fette was like going to the DMV in NJ, only with DMV at least they explained what is going to take place. If I had a similar experience when buying my INFINITI I would have gone some place else. Also the written estimate given to me was significantly different than what I paid. Honestly I didn’t want to argue with the Cashier and only wanted to get my car and go. The wheels were rotated but did not have the proper air pressure put into them. Not sure why I paid so much because the changes we never explained- I was just told to sign the approval form or my car was not going to be serviced. So needless to say I am not very happy with my first time experience More
