I bought a used volvo in may of this year and have had an issue with the brakes since the day i bought it. Devon from sales assured me the brakes had been checked and serviced when i asked about it during the test drive, and that it was just moisture spots on the rotors from the car sitting on the lot. I took the car back to the dealer in October for a free oil change through their maintenance program and was initially told that my left rear pad was at 2 mm and would need to be replaced for $550. After explaining the sales experience the service rep i was dealing with said they would ask the manager about fixing it at a significant discount since the car had less than 10,000 miles put on it since it’s purchase. The service manager came back and said that a trainee had done the inspection, and my brake pad was actually at 7 mm, so i declined the service (at his recommendation) and was sent on my way. Today (mid-November) i brought my car to a mechanic in my area and he informed me i had no right rear brake pad remaining and now i am paying out of pocket for an issue that should never have happened in the first place, especially within 6 months of buying the car. I initially delivered my car for repairs, expecting it would take approximately two weeks, but it has now been over a month, and my car is still not ready. I have faced numerous issues with communication; they did not inform me that they would be transferring my car to a different facility for repairs. I discovered this through the GPS tracking device installed in my car. Every day, I have been given promises that my car would be ready the next day, but those promises have not been fulfilled. Last week, I received a call stating my car would be ready on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, but as of today (Wednesday), I still do not have my car. I strongly urge anyone considering Fette Infinity for car repairs to think carefully before proceeding. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I would not want others to go through the same struggles I have faced. I will not be returning to this location for any sales or service engagements! Thank you for taking the time to read this. New updates to my review: Today, (1/22/2025) I attempted to contact Service Manager but was informed that he was busy. I called every 30 minutes, sent him a text, and even left a voice message, yet I have not received any response. In my efforts to get assistance, I also contacted customer service to see if I could speak with General Manager Juan Villegas or General Sales Manager Dan Fette, but was met with the same response regarding their availability. Leased a 2023 Infiniti QX55 from Fette a few months ago and the sales experience was great. Had an issue with one of my tires over the Memorial Day weekend and even though their service department was boo and the sales experience was great. Had an issue with one of my tires over the Memorial Day weekend and even though their service department was booked, Samantha Ortiz and Daniel Pego made it a priority to squeeze me in and rectify the issue. Talk about excellent customer service! Will definitely continue to do business with Fette Infiniti because of them! More

Was passing dealership & got a dashboard warning one tire lost air, so stopped in. I did not buy my Chevy there. Peter in the Infiniti store determined it was ripped & although new not fixable. The 1 replace lost air, so stopped in. I did not buy my Chevy there. Peter in the Infiniti store determined it was ripped & although new not fixable. The 1 replacement tire was not a brand they had nor sell, but they went to real extra effort to get delivered & all set up, truly above & beyond call.
