Prior to my appointment I had shopped around their website and was able to see exactly which cars they had in stock. Mike Olsen responded quickly to all of my emails and I was able to easily get a price quote and set an appointment for a test drive without receiving any annoying sales calls. I was also able to get pre-approval for an auto loan through their website. When we arrived at the dealership, Mike was very helpful in explaining all of the features of the car I had inquired about, and clearly explained the financing and trade-in process to make sure I did not have any unrealistic expectations. He made a copy of my driver's license, gave a quick tutorial on the unique driving features and allowed us to test drive the car on our own. Upon returning, we confirmed that we were interested. He did not try to push another model or extra features on me. Although it was a few days before Christmas and he was off that day, Mike contacted the business manager, Mark Forstenhausler, who was willing to come in and take care of the financial paperwork so that I could take the car home that day. We were directed to some local establishments where we could go for lunch while we waited and within an hour we received a call that the paperwork was complete. I was offered a very fair trade-in value on my old Ford and they were able to get me a great interest rate despite my less than stellar credit. They also offer two free oil changes with purchase and I was told that I could come back to have the car detailed as the weather was poor on the day I purchased the car. Mike even synced my phone to the car's bluetooth controls for me before I left the dealership. Overall a fantastic experience. I absolutely LOVE my new FIAT and highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing one! More

The only thing the dealership could use is a Fiat sign that is placed perpendicular to the building.
