Called several times and left messages for call back, I tried online chat, email... It's been several weeks and still waiting for a call back from service department." Bad communication" and receptionist cut me off when I try to explain my situation to see if she can direct me to the right department. I'm very disappointed. Last I'll do is go in person... Well see how it goes..... Well it's been a month since my review and it just got worse. Dealer confirmed my turbo has internal leak. Wants $5100 to repair, I told them about the extended warranty that BMW issued to my model and from 👎 it got worse. First dealer tells me my warranty passed by few days and then I call BMW North America and they gave me all details and made a claim or investigation to find why my vin was excluded when model and year was in the statement...an hour latter and executive from BMW calls me and tells me my warranty passed by a year!!!!! Who's telling me the truth??? Long story short they're still giving me the run around. And I got to say Fields experience has been bad but BMW North America has been a nightmare 👎 👎 More
