Well, it's no wonder I saw so many positive reviews and high ratings for this dealership when I opened Dealer Rater. I purchased a 2021 BMW M440i from Fields Lakeland, long distance. Many phone calls and e high ratings for this dealership when I opened Dealer Rater. I purchased a 2021 BMW M440i from Fields Lakeland, long distance. Many phone calls and e-mail exchanges took place. There were periods of frustration during the build and wait time to have it shipped (none of which could lay blame on the dealership). During the various phases, my salesman, Matthew Whitman, was so patient and on top of his game. He always answered or returned my calls in a timely fashion. Even dealing with Dave (the F&I guy) during "checkout" was very pleasant. They don't hammer you but really try to be considerate of their clients. I would definitely buy there again or offer recommendations. Somehow, they're different from what you would normally expect or have come to expect from any other dealership. Furthermore, I believe the price I paid was a fair price for the product quality I received. Thanks guys! More
