Personalized service I think not Since moving to Davenport a year ago we have taken our BMW to Fields in Lakeland Florida 3 times and same unprofessional and lack of respect each time Since moving to Davenport a year ago we have taken our BMW to Fields in Lakeland Florida 3 times and same unprofessional and lack of respect each time. This time was for a recheck on an issue that started after the last time it was in for service. Intermittently belt squeal noise. We scheduled an appointment for 1:30 dropped our car off the night before. At 4:30 I received an automated text message stating we took in to much work today and could not look at your car. Really an anonymous auto dial text message. Wish I could post a screen shot. Called and spoke to Albert the service advisor, who began to explain they had to many walk in's and did not have a chance to look at our car which was the result of poor workmanship from a previous visit. But would try to get to it tomorrow, try, tomorrow really. Then after reviewing carfax report to see when are belts were replaced Fields only listed in for service unlike every other dealership that had detail reporting on the work that was done. Mr. Field's if Field's BMW I would start with training service advisor to honor their word and treat customer's with respect. More
