Was not a fan, and now their number one fan. Wow, that’s all I can keep thinking about this dealership. We have been a customer at Fields BMW for just under two years, after coming out a terrible Wow, that’s all I can keep thinking about this dealership. We have been a customer at Fields BMW for just under two years, after coming out a terrible experience with Nissan. The buying process was so smooth, Rick is an amazing sales man and actually cares about his customers. However, we had had many problems with the service department. After going to the service manager Jim several times about various issues things seemed to be getting better. Then a computer error was made and pushed me to go to the general manager. Gary the general manager listened to my concerns and seemed irritated with what was going on and assured me that changes would be made to improve the dealership. I honestly took what he said with a grain of salt because I had heard that over and over from the service department. Well I was wrong Fields BMW Lakeland did what they had to do to put hope back into my heart that they actually cared about me as a customer. Rick Cutts went above and beyond his sales duty to get me what I wanted. The finance manager Lanette, sales manager Melissa, and Gary worked hard to keep their word and make things right. Rick is amazing and truly does care about his customers. My wow went from “wow, not really a surprise they messed up again” to “WOW, I am truly impressed with everything they did for me!” I really hope that changes implemented from my experience stick and this dealership continues to grow and please customers. More
