Service is second to none! I recently was in the market for a pre-owned 3 series, so I reached out to the dealership for assistance and my experience wasn't that great. They wer I recently was in the market for a pre-owned 3 series, so I reached out to the dealership for assistance and my experience wasn't that great. They were having phone issues and I got hung up on twice and then was never able to call back in. The sales rep I was dealing with was ok, but I am guessing since the phones were down he wasn't able to follow up with me in regards to what I was looking for. Fast forward 2 weeks and I purchased a pre-owned 3 series from another dealership. After I purchased the car I drove it about 5 miles and pulled into a restaurant to grab a bit to eat. When I started it back up the check engine light was on, so I drove it back to the dealership and expressed my discontent. The sales manager came out and explained that the car needed an O2 sensor and that it was already on order. Well since the shop was closed and the car was still running fine, I drove it home and stopped by an auto store to read the code to confirm the story from the sales manager checked out... And it didn't. I decided to take it for Fields BMW to have their Tech's take a look at it (since the dealership I purchased from was not a BMW dealer). Upon arrival I was greeted by a young man in the cover area that escorted me inside to Selena. Not only was she very friendly from the start, but her and your co-worker Tina took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure they truly knew what I was bringing the vehicle in for. Selena offered up a free rental car for the day, since her schedule was already booked and stayed in contact with me daily via text. They fixed the thermostat issue that was covered under warranty and topped off all my other fluids as well. Then a day later after picking up the car back up, I get another text from Selena thanking me for my business and asking me if I had any other questions. This is old school customer service at its best. I have purchased several cars in my life and the one thing I usually dread is when I have to take them into the shop. They usually make you wait for hours and then try to up sell you on tons of service items you don't typically need. This experience was nothing like that and I have no doubt Fields and Selena will be getting my business for years to come because of it. More
