"SERVICE" I received a message online saying it was time for my first maintenance check on my BMW. The appointment was scheduled immediately. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mike and asked to sit in his office while the paperwork was completed. Everyone was very friendly and polite and the waiting area was comfortable and clean. The work was completed in the time stated, plus a full wash- inside and out! I was a very satisfied customer! Excellent customer service! Recently purchased our BMW 328i from Jaguar dealership in Ft. Myers. After we purchased we contacted Fields BMW of Lakeland as they are the closest dealer to our home in Sebring about scheduled service and any warranty work if needed. Spoke with Mike in service who was very helpful in answering all of my questions. When it was time for routine service I contacted Mike who accommodated all of my needs. The only thing I wish was different was that I purchased a BMW years ago. I am 54 years old and have never had a more pleasurable experience dealing with a dealer when it comes to service! PARTS SCAMMER horrible horrible service i return a part cause it was the wrong part spoke to Mason and Turner from Parts and they charge me $52.00 for restocking fe horrible horrible service i return a part cause it was the wrong part spoke to Mason and Turner from Parts and they charge me $52.00 for restocking fee from $178.00 part, a part that was not the part that i needed in the first place horrible service beware they will scam you, Mason the part manager send me a fax telling me to pick what i need i had told him they were 4 items that looked the same he didn't even know which one it was i told him that i thought it was a certain one and he said order it, the part got here and it was the wrong part so now he tells me that its my fault because i was the one that picked it he scammed me on picking one of the items, now he wants to act like it is not his fault when customer calls and ask for a part they shouldn't have to fax you and let u choose so they are not responsible, worst BMW in central Florida i would not recommend this BMW to my worst enemies, BEWARE!!!!! More
