Fields BMW Lakeland

Terrible I have had extended warranty repairs done and paid to them in the past, so I am not a new client. Back when BMW of NA was running an alternative tra I have had extended warranty repairs done and paid to them in the past, so I am not a new client. Back when BMW of NA was running an alternative transportation program, I spoke to them and advised me to call the local dealership. After about a month of dealing between them and Fields BMW of Lakeland, the dealership basically told me it was up to them and they didn't participate in program. So no loaner. Still concerned with safety, I later got BMW of na to ship them an airbag for install. I never received a phone call from Fields, and after leaving messages with the service adviser Selena, still no call back. Fast forward 6 months later, I decided to call BMW of na to have another air bag shipped if Fields BMW no longer had the part, which they didn't. Sounds simple enough. Well, I just got of the phone with Selena and according to her, that even if they resend airbag part, they are unable to perform install as per BMW of na. This obviously being not true according to the corporate office. I am still waiting for call back from BMW of na on how to proceed. I am very fed up with these shady dealings from Fields BMW of Lakeland, and highly advise against going there for service. I also tried to speak to the service manager, but was given the run around. They even told me the wrong name of manager according to BMW of na. Worst dealership experience ever. How they are refusing to replace airbags that have been known to kill people. And that they apparently not doing the work because it's not profitable. More

If you want excellent BMW service come here! Had a scary situation where my U Joint failed on my X5 while on the highway and destryoed my transmission. Luckily service manager Jim Megivern and service advisor Selena worked diligently with BMW corporate to get approval for crediting all my repairs. I must say this is hands down the best experience I have had at any dealership and am very thankful for the professional and prompt service I have received.
