Great experience I dealt with Mike wagner re the sale and with Patrick re the "BMW UNIVERSITY" - learning the car and its features. As to the deal and the dealing itself - I found the sales manager (Christian) to act very professionally and the deal itself was a fair one (trade etc.) Dealing with both Mine and Patrick was an absolute pleasure - both before, during and after the sale. The car was delivered clean, gassed up and ready to go. Paperwork was all prepared in advance and Patrick - who also came along for a test drive - not only explained all there was, but responded again and again to questions I had by phone, several days after the transaction. Mike was also instrumental and helpful in getting a refund payment processed expeditiously. I would definitely deal with this dealership and these people again and recommend them highly. More
