They gave me the keys, admitted they really didn't know much about the Hyundai and told me to go have fun on my test drive. I came back, told them I wanted to buy it depending upon their appraisal of my Mercedes. They gave me more than I was expecting for my car and not long after, I drove home in my new purchase. This was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. More

Great Experience at Lakeland BMW! We just got our first BMW from Fields. Majed Nasrallah was great! We called ahead and made an appointment. We were just planning on a test drive but M We just got our first BMW from Fields. Majed Nasrallah was great! We called ahead and made an appointment. We were just planning on a test drive but Majed was so knowledgable, explaining the new X1 redesign, options and what was best for us. Within an hour, we were driving our new X1 home. Lanette Wheatcraft, Finance Mgr. was wonderful. She explained the sales agreement and the additional offerings, which we did take advantage of the Cilajet plus. Two days later she even followed up to make sure we did not have any additional questions or concerns. Zachary Linton programmed or phones, seats and radio within minutes. He explained the cars options and even offered to come to our home to program our garage door, if we had any problems. Thank you, Fields for making our experience extra special. Follow up to my 11/20/15 review As a result of my last review I was contacted by Field's BMW. I was told by Gary Gordon, their Service Manager, that they were incredibly sorry that t As a result of my last review I was contacted by Field's BMW. I was told by Gary Gordon, their Service Manager, that they were incredibly sorry that there wasn't better communication throughout the process, and that they would like for me to come back in so that they could put gas in my tank because of the multiple visits I had to make over what should have been a single, quick, in-n-out type of visit. I decided that it was nice of them to be going out of their way for customer satisfaction and that I was most likely just the 1/1,000 customers that had a bad experience. However, it wasn't until I went in that Gary made it pretty clear that they would get me gas WHILE I took down my previous review from this website on a computer they would have provided for me. I was even asked how much gas I thought it was from where I live to the dealership, as if the less than $30 it takes to fill my car would have been too much compensation for the 5+ hours of my wasted time. I decided to pass on the gas and post this instead because potential costumers should know the truth of who they are going to work with instead of viewing a review site with all of the negative reviews taken off for over bribes. Secondly, I was told by Albert that for my to update my navigation system from 2011 to the newest version it would cost me well over $500. I had the service done without Fields for roughly $100 More

No loaner if you didn't buy from them. My 2014 550i Engine light came on took it to the dealerships in Lakeland because it is closer to my home. I knew I was in trouble when the rep Tina sa My 2014 550i Engine light came on took it to the dealerships in Lakeland because it is closer to my home. I knew I was in trouble when the rep Tina said oh it's a 550 it's going to take a while to get done. I stated ok I will get something to eat. I had to walk to the restaurant no shuttle, I also own a Lexus and they would never let me walk anywhere. This is the kicker the Tina lady call to tell me if I need the service done I have to leave the car and they won't provide a loaner because I didn't buy the 550 there. I'll reach out to BMW USA for further clarification on how warranties are handled, and what makes field bmw a certified dealership and why should I walk home because I didn't buy the vehicle there. More
