They were truly an important factor in our buying the car. Frankie's coming out to the house to program our garage door opener the day we bought our BMW was service we never expected. We were encouraged to return to Fields with any questions or concerns we have. We were also impressed by the beautiful design of the dealership and the food selections offered while waiting for your car. On the whole, the dealership is great, but we have one suggestion: More staff is needed at the car wash to promote better, faster service. It is frustrating to have to allow a great deal of time just to clean the car. More
