They are incompetent. Can’t even answer the phone. Phone rings and rings and rings. When someone finally answers, they can’t find the needed person. ‘You need to call back later’. Called them for new tires on a car they sold me and after giving them the model and year, they asked me what type of tires are on the car. I said, I don’t know, you sold me the car. I actually had to go to my car and write down the type of tires only to find out they can’t get them. ‘Out of stock’. Every person you meet just has a nasty attitude (accept for Scott who sold us our car. Very helpful). You see their ads on TV and wonder why they bother. The ads further support the image. Worst dealership around. When I called to make an appointment they were very rude on the phone they were surprised I had not brought my car in for service there before. When I arrived I had to wait appointment they were very rude on the phone they were surprised I had not brought my car in for service there before. When I arrived I had to wait for 20 mins for someone to even greet me. Then when after the service was preformed I had to ask them if it was done when I saw the car sitting there for 20 mins. No car wash no interior protection for when there techs got in with dirty clothes. I definitely will not be going back. Way to many dealers with better service More
