Received a letter stating my car is eligible for an upgrade, only to arrive at dealer and be told it's not the case! To make things worse, there wasn't much explanation from the service about the deta upgrade, only to arrive at dealer and be told it's not the case! To make things worse, there wasn't much explanation from the service about the details of why the mistake was made or any effort to try to correct it. So much for spending a LOT of money on a car only to find out that it's obsolete in about 4-5 years! More

I was told that I needed new tires now.I purchased 4 new I was told that I needed new tires now. I purchased 4 new tires 2 years ago from Fields I have driven 23,000 miles.
