Rude rep My service rep was awesome. Situation was I looked for my Rep but he was gone from his desk and so I asked another guy, his desk is closest to the ser My service rep was awesome. Situation was I looked for my Rep but he was gone from his desk and so I asked another guy, his desk is closest to the service door. I asked him that if it was ok if I left with my key but they had the remote for it to be safe if I went home until my car was done. Very simple question. He was very upset and just said "I''m not your rep and ask your rep that answer. What desk is he at? I pointed at his desk and then he said "Wait for him and ask him". Ok. I walked around around a bit and came back and my service rep was back and he said it's fine you can go home. Why couldn't the other rep answer a simple question for me? I dunno. But he was so rude and I hope when I do go there again that I don't ever get that guy. So rude. I know he knew the answer but refused to tell me. Where's his hospitality? Again i hope I don't get that guy on my next trip. Other than that everyone else was so caring. More

Tire change Chris the service person was nice. The overall wait and process took 3plus hours. When I booked my appointment I did tell the person making appointmen Chris the service person was nice. The overall wait and process took 3plus hours. When I booked my appointment I did tell the person making appointments that I had a tire package. During that appointment booking you should verify that information. Turns out my tire package was not “in the system” which cause over an hour delay to get my tire fixed. This is something that should be done during the booking and if I had known it had never been logged, I could have brought the paperwork. For a tire change three hours is just too long. More
