Excellent Service By Tony I recently purchased a BMW not at this dealership, however Tony in Service was great and took care of all my concerns. When we stopped into Fields BMW I was tired and very much not interested, but my husband said we're here so let's just do it and I agreed. We met Matt Hoffman and we told him what we were looking for. What makes this man unique in the world of car salesmen is that he actually listens and then when he hears he respects what he heard! We never felt pressured and we were never manipulated into buying something that didn't fall within the parameters of what we had outlined for him.
