I don't appreciate being told one price for a service and then when the car is ready it's a higher Price. Added shop fees for a gear shift replacement is ridiculous. Xander was friendly,professional and knowledgeable about the Escalade we were purchasing. He was very helpful in negotiating for a equitable price .There was a screw in the tire of the Escalade in the deale the Escalade we were purchasing. Xander explained that they would fix it properly, from the inside. We requested that the newly plugged tire be switched out with the spare. Xander's manager said they wouldn't do that. They had to remove the tire to plug it so we couldn't see the problem with switching it out. We expected better customer service from the manager. Luckily the screw was short and did not puncture the tire so the point was moot. All in all, Xander and Bill in the finance were top notch More
