I bought a brand new vehicle and from day one I didn’t like the bumper inside the trunk, it wasn’t up to standards. Joseph lets me know all my options and also checks if any needed service is under warranty. Everyone there let’s you know they are appreciative of you as a customer. Horrible and dishonest service staff ! !!! They charged me $2500 under a year ago to replace entire AC in my 2012 CTS sold me on the warranty - AC went out in less than a year - They did n !!! They charged me $2500 under a year ago to replace entire AC in my 2012 CTS sold me on the warranty - AC went out in less than a year - They did not hold their word! The service manager KEVIN said someone put too much Refrigerant in it and voided the warranty - Funny ! Cadillac were the only ones that worked under my hood at time of AC job! KEVIN tried to put it on a body shop who fixed my bumper ! WTH !!! This shop only fixed my bumper, grill assembly and headlight !! I gave proof of this with their itemized list (estimate) sent to GEICO! Kevin was rude, inconsiderate and had HORRIBLE customer service!! These people need to admit their mistake and honor my warranty instead of trying to charge me another $2100! I have emailed Dan Fields and other corporate officials. I would like to see this manager step down into a different position or none at all as he cannot deal with customers in the right way ! Please honor my warranty! More
I hadn’t planed on stopping but I’m glad I did because I bought a very nice car. There was absolutely no pressure everyone was nice I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process.
