Called Claude Nolan in Jacksonville for a replacement key for my Cadillac. I was informed by a exceptionally rude service advisor they could not do it. Called Fields and spoke with Michelle and Joe. Had my c for my Cadillac. I was informed by a exceptionally rude service advisor they could not do it. Called Fields and spoke with Michelle and Joe. Had my car towed in and with in 1 hour of arrival the dedicated team here had my new key programmed and cut ready to go with zero issues. Thank you so much! More
