I can’t say enough about the customer’s experience at Field’s Cadillac St. Augustine. This week end I purchased my 2nd Cadillac from them, I was guided through the entire process by Woody and Ted with th Field’s Cadillac St. Augustine. This week end I purchased my 2nd Cadillac from them, I was guided through the entire process by Woody and Ted with the utmost of kindness and consideration. They both took care to get me a deal that I could live with financially in a car that I love. Others working that day had my comfort in mind offering me something to drink, fresh baked cookies for starters. Another was getting my OnStar set up, while someone else worked on my financing. I’d worked with Woody on my previous purchase and he was just as attentive and caring this time as he was then. He took the time to ensure extras from my previous purchase were credited back to me. I likely would have not even known I had them coming and explained in detail the best financing options for me. Ted took me for a test drive, arranged for detailing and had my tank topped off with gas. He helped me to move my things from my trade in into my new car. Showed me how all the bells and whistles worked and paired my phone. In the future when I am looking for a new car it’ll be Field's, Woody and Ted!
