I rate no one ‘excellent’ but God, Mary, and mother...so when I say this is a four star experience, that’s a very good ranking from me. Kevin (and the whole staff) treated me with respect and straight-forwardness. Even when I played hardball, they compromised and found a solution. I felt I was in the game instead of having to take what was being given. Even my bank complemented them. So, overall...I would encourage anyone to give Skyland a chance to deliver. More

HANDS DOWN best car buying experience! I started researching vehicles online and got a follow up the next morning to schedule a test drive. I came in with both of my kids (under 10) and met I started researching vehicles online and got a follow up the next morning to schedule a test drive. I came in with both of my kids (under 10) and met with Kevin who took us on some test drives. I was extremely appreciatetive of Kevin taking the time to show me all the features on the car and answering all of my son's curious questions. However, the vehicle I had my eye on just wasn't in my budget so Kevin and I talked strategy. I was upside down on my trade in from a local VW dealer where I was totally rushed and ripped off from and needed a solution. Ryan, the business manager then sat down with us to discuss more possible options. I'm happy to say that the next day we found the perfect outlet/vehicle thanks to Ryan going above and beyond working with banks and Kevin taking his time with me and my kids. I never felt pressured and I was actually amazed how considerate and comfortable the whole buying experience was.
