After driving all over Asheville and Hendersonville and dealing with one sleazy sales guy after another, my husband convinced me to make one last stop at Skyland. Josh Hottel was walking the lot. He met us at the used section and patiently found the perfect starter Jeep! He did not make me feel pressured or poor. He also gave me a “more than fair” price for my trade. Several thousand dollars more than offered from other dealers. I have to say, I WILL NEVER shop anywhere else....do you hear me Harmony Motors, Fred Anderson, and Auto Advantage???? He went to school with Joseph and I also have known Joseph since he was very young. I went in, requested Joseph by name and was warmly welcomed. We took the SUV for a test drive, features were explained and I was shown other options on the lot as well. I feel he did a wonderful job leading me through the process in a relaxed, friendly manner. From the time I entered the dealership I was greeted with great hospitality by everyone I came in contact with there. A lucky coincidence for me that Skyland Auto had both the right car and just the right sales associate!
