Best Car Experience Ever I wish there were more than 5 stars. After dealing with 2 other dealerships I found a Jeep I really wanted to see at Skyland. I called ahead and spo I wish there were more than 5 stars. After dealing with 2 other dealerships I found a Jeep I really wanted to see at Skyland. I called ahead and spoke with salesman Reid. When I arrived he had the car ready and dropped what he was doing to show it to me. After a great test drive we sat down to see what could make it affordable for me. They were a bit busy with other customers and it was getting late. I had my 3 year old son with me and Reid provided him with a Mercedes Benz kids car that he could ride around the store. It was Awesome. Reid started the paperwork for me to speed up the process for the finance dept. A few minutes later I had the pleasure of meeting Betsy in finance. I told her where I needed to be on my payment and she bent over backwards to make it happen. I gave her the lowest rate i could find at a local bank I wanted to use which was very affordable. She came back with another bank that had a rate even lower than what I found. The experience was so easy I may never shop for another vehicle anywhere else. Reid and Betsy just made it fantastic. I would recommend Skyland Auto to anyone and make sure when you go through that door to ask for Reid. It has been a month since my purchase and Reid has called me 3 times to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and not having any problems. I have never had another dealer that concerned about my happiness. Go see them if you want a car. I would'nt recommend anyone else after this great experience. Hats off to you Reid and Betsy.
