Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Asheville

My 2011 Jeep has been at Fields going on 4 weeks for a engine light Daniel who checked me in has quit I found this out my Brother had one of the Jeeps that was on recall because they were concerned it engine light Daniel who checked me in has quit I found this out my Brother had one of the Jeeps that was on recall because they were concerned it would catch on fire ,his was there a week and a half so he called they said it was ready no problem with his Jeep. I went out there at 3 weeks to find out if anything had been done on my Jeep and was told no there had not been anything done ,was told to e-mail my info to Andrea which is what I did on Wednesday 7/29/26 still no info went back today 8/3/26 Andrea was off and no one could check on this for me . I am very displeased with this service ,I feel my Jeep should be repaired free of charge . Because this is not acceptable . I should have known better than to take it there 2years ago I paid $135.00 for them to program my Key/fob and it did not work I went back then and told them it did not work and was told well they programed it that was a wasted $135.00 their service department needs improvements for sure More

Worst service department of any dealership i have had experience with. They service so many cars you may wait days just to get an appointment and your car might sit there untouched for a few more days. E experience with.
