I had planned to purchase a Dodge Challenger for several months and when the new models finally arrived, I visited Skyland.com and found they had several in stock from which to choose. I decided to take a test drive of one that I found on the website. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, Shanna was outside to ask if she could assist me. I told her I was interested in the Challenger and she asked me if I'd like a brochure. I said I would and also wanted to drive it. She quickly facilitated my request and had me and my son on the road in minutes. She was knowledgable and thorough in her demonstration of the vehicle. Once I knew I wanted the vehicle, Shanna was very professional and thorough in helping me assess the value of my vehicle (the sales manager was also a pleasure with which to deal) and determine the final price of the vehicle. I feel like I got a good deal with great service. As someone who has sold new and used cars in the past, I feel any dealership would be lucky to have her enthusiasticly professional service. i stopped by skyland dealership to "just look". i was walking around to look at the inventory and jeremy approached me and offered to help. i told him that i was just looking and he didn't push. i was walking around to look at the inventory and jeremy approached me and offered to help. i told him that i was just looking and he didn't push. that was wonderful as it made me feel comfortable to continue looking. jeremy appeared every so often to offer assistance, but again, he wasn't pushy. he offered, but in a non-pressuring way. when he would appear, i found myself pleased to see him, as opposed to wanting to leave. as i stood around weighing my options, i was given the time and the space to do so. several hours later, i drove off in a new jeep. i didn't have to fight about price because i considered it fair. i have used the service department at skyland automotive before and found it superior in all aspects. i am very pleased to now be able to say the same about the sales department. in particular, jeremy shea is the most perfectly wonderful new car salesman i have ever experienced. but more than that, he is a person i enjoyed meeting. thank-you, jeremy. most sincerely, debby trackerman More

Bill, was a very easy to work with salesman. On Sat every thing went so smooth we were in and out with no problems and we were made to feel we were special customers. We could not believe all went so good and we were on our way so fast.
