I told my service tech I had a rattle in the sunroof, and the heating/AC fan made a humming noise, and unfortunately both were quiet when I brought in told my service tech I had a rattle in the sunroof, and the heating/AC fan made a humming noise, and unfortunately both were quiet when I brought in the vehicle. She called me later I’m the day to tell me they ordered a repair kit for the sunroof and a new blower fan. They called me three days later to tell me the parts were in and I’m bringing me Jeep in next week to have the new parts installed, both under warranty. Great service. Great follow up! More
