Wow what a breath of fresh air! No games no typical xx you get at most dealerships these days. When we started our search we were contacted by a bunch of dealership, not one would give us an out the door price exept Jamie at Wickstrom. Jamie sent us the total price within minutes. The price was fair, not the lowest we saw advertised, Jamie made sense when he said "why do think they won't give you an OTD price? The entire process was swift and no surprises.

Dan was awesome. He didn't play games. He answered all of my questions. My personal license plate frame went missing from my old vehicle and he tracked it down and installed it on my new Jeep himself. He's thorough. I never felt rushed. I felt like he cared that I got what I came in looking for. I had been going to a different Jeep dealership, but my experience working with Dan has convinced me that from now on I'm a Liberty guy. I'll be stopping in again to trade in my wife's car next fall, no question. If you can work with Dan, do it. You won't regret it.

I brought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in on September 16th for an A/C problem for the second time and the dealership couldn’t find any problems. But so far all is good. I also believe they reset the parameters so the start/stop won’t go on with the A/C on, which that never happened even brand new. So another words the Jeep stays running with the A/C on at a stop light, etc.

I worked with Marvin R on trading in my vehicle for a new Dodge Durango. He was super patient with me and really low key. Never once did he try to pressure me or steer me in a direction that I felt was inappropriate. It was a real pleasure to work with him on getting the vehicle that I had researched. Marvin also was very receptive to when I pointed out some minor scuffs on the front bumper and then found a significant scratch on the hood. He pointed me in the direction to get the body work resolved.
