Jason Friedel in Service consistently offers professional customer service. He is courteous and accomodating whenever I call with minor or emergency situations. He consistently updates me when I am waiting customer service. He is courteous and accomodating whenever I call with minor or emergency situations. There have been several times in emergencies when he has worked my car into the schedule and for that I am very grateful. Making appointments for service has been easy and convenient for me, not at all intimidating. Jason always seems calm even though he may be under a great deal of pressure to complete the day's work schedule. He is an excellent representative for Fields and for Volvo. One additional comment about two other staff members: Sara (Receptionist) is extremely pleasant and polite to customers. Very poised. Mike (Salesman) is great to work with and follows up with customers. I would buy another Volvo from him in the future. More

Lowell, in parts, also rocked it in finding me quality tires (and other parts, but most notably tires) that met my budget while maintaining quality. I love my new tires - the quiet and comfort are amazing. Then a host of mechanics have consistently done a good job troubleshooting and repairing my car. I'm really pleased with the team Fields has working in service and parts. I will definitely go back again. Even though they're not the cheapest price in town, they are the most efficient, trustworthy and capable team that has worked on my car. I get the best overall value and service at Fields. More
