His warmth and sincerity were palpable. I never imagined that buying a used car could be such an enjoyable experience and that we would feel such a strong sense of kinship with our salesman, Mario. Hours after our purchase of a used BMW x5, when a glitch in the gas gauge was discovered, Mario was there for us, taking full responsibility in trying to resolve the problem. He even offered to pick up the car at our home and drop off a loaner car for us to ensure the safety of my children, who otherwise would have been driven to Bredermann without car seats due to unforeseen circumstances. When his service team wasn't able to fix the problem, he arranged to have it fixed at a nearby BMW dealership. Mario Mendez sets the standard for all other salespeople. New car purchase My wife and I just purchased our first Lexus and we are happy we went to Bredemann in Glenview. Our sales person, Renis Pavlik, was great! She showed us the 2 models we were interested in and explained all the options and dash controls on both before our test drives. She was patient and we felt no pressure to buy. The purchase experience was very smooth and easy. Pavlik had the vehicle prepped for us and again went through another full explanation of the options and controls on the vehicle we chose, a 2016 NX200T. Tim Ryan advised us of our payment options and again there was no pressure to go one way or another. Mike Shparago had our paperwork ready for our signatures and that process took less than 10 minutes even though he explained our options and advised us of a rebate available to us. More

Shop somewhere else! Went in to look at a Lexus NX200t and was not given a very aggressive offer. Which is fine, ended up buying from Woodfield Lexus instead as the savings was much greater. Our sales associate did not even attempt to even get close. He told to us purchase from there, so we did. What I did not appreciate was a bitter phone call after the fact, about how we should enjoy our cars washes from woodfield and the drive was so much further. To top it off, also got a bitter email telling me to enjoy my service at the other location even though his service was sub par. I emailed his management and was not contacted. If you like harassment, then this is your dealership!!! More
