Best service at a dealership! I recently brought my sisters 2012 RX350 in for service and Christine Hackl was my service writer. I was going to just take a walk while the work was I recently brought my sisters 2012 RX350 in for service and Christine Hackl was my service writer. I was going to just take a walk while the work was being done. Christine had offered me a ride home because of the service being done was going to take 2hours at minimum. I was more than happy to do so since there was plenty work to be done at home. Christine called as soon as the car was done I was able to get a ride back even thought a shuttle ride was offered. I got the full run down of what was done by Christine as well as a nice clean car to return to my sister. Thank you Bredemann for a painless process and thank you Christine for all your help! More
