Lexs Service is the Best My parents brought their car in for an issue with oil leaking. Their first language is not English. Malinda was kind enough to call me after trying My parents brought their car in for an issue with oil leaking. Their first language is not English. Malinda was kind enough to call me after trying to communicate with them about a repair. I appreciate her and trust her with my parents esp since they are elderly. It turned out to be just water from the air conditioning. I feel many places would have taken advantage of them because of the language barrier. The tech's honesty and Malinda's help were greatly appreciate by myself and my parents. More

I've been coming here for years to get my oil change and all things have been pleasant. I recall having an issue with the tint peeling from one of my windows after picking up my vehicle after a routine oil change. The service manager agreed to have it fixed, and athough it took 3 separate attempts to get the correct shade and installation, he surprised me with his efforts to get the job done well. Not many dealerships that have this level of persistence for great customer service. Ps. Love the lady that hands out cookies in the waiting room. More
