I will only buy a car from this dealership. Fields Lexus Glenview exceeded ALL expectations from start to finish. I initially called in on an RX 450h that I saw online. Nate Boma was so straight forward wit Glenview exceeded ALL expectations from start to finish. I initially called in on an RX 450h that I saw online. Nate Boma was so straight forward with me and upfront that I was initially confused. I was expecting pushback and a "rabbit out of the hat" kind of salesman. I put down a refundable deposit and met Nate the next morning at the dealership. There were no games, no hidden fees, no markups, etc. It was the number that he told me the night before and that brought a smile to my face. When it came to the trade in value, they matched the CarMax price so that was a win. Next, I was introduced to Salina for financing. Salina offered me her opinion on accessories and additions such as their warranty program and their tire/wheel program. The nice thing about Salina was that she was upfront as well and wasn't pushy. If you don't like something or down want something, they actually understand what NO means and they don't pressure you. Last but not least, I was put in touch with a wonderful gentleman named Howard. Howard has been with the business for 20+ years and he knew the car inside and out! He was very easy to talk to and I could tell that he had worked many different positions with this company. Such a well rounded guy! He took an hour and a half to show me every single feature on my new ride! We will be trading in our 2019 Toyota next year and I will be using Nate, Salina, and Howard again!
