Since Fields has taken over this dealership most of the changes have been for the better. Having worked with 3 of the staff today I can honestly say they did their best to make my new car purchase and tra changes have been for the better. He even offered to come to my home and set up my garage door opener vis a vis the visor button. I would recommend this dealership to either a first time Lexus buyer or a repeat buyer. Given constraints of COVID I had to wait over 4 months for my UX hybrid but given my choice of colors and options it was well worth the wait. I feel fortunate to have a new state of the art AWD hybrid vehicle given gas prices and inevitable snowfall. More
