I already had shopped around other cars, not really needing one, but wanting a new one I decided on the Lexus Rx350. I owned a Lexus many years ago and loved it. I decided to go to Fields Glenview had already been to Highland Park. I knew the color and the interior that I wanted and I wasn't going to settle for anything else. We were greeted by Brad Bildsten, I sort of said that same thing. There happened to be MY car on the lot. I thought I better drive it to be sure. Brad was not high pressure making me believe it would be gone, because really I could wait. I had a Mercedes that I was trading in, he told me what it was worth, which was fair, and literally in an hour or less I bought the car. Picked it up the next day and met with Atyab (nice tech guy) and he gave me a lesson! Next day I decided to get the all weather mats and drove back - great parts guy ( wish I asked his name) I saw Atyab and had some questions, he came right out and walked me through it. I'm hoping service when the time comes will be the same? It seems that it's truly a customer service dealer - they talk the talk. Painless car buying at it's best! More
