Purchased my vehicle through Bredeman Lexus back in 2018, shortly before Fields purchased the dealership. Even though I'm still due 2 courtesy maintenance AND Fields keeps sending me "complimentary" service shortly before Fields purchased the dealership. Even though I'm still due 2 courtesy maintenance AND Fields keeps sending me "complimentary" service reminders, when I call to make an appointment, they state that I'm no longer eligible for the complimentary service. I even escalated to their service manager Anthony who stated: a. I am not eligible for complimentary service any longer (even though they keep sending me emails that I am), b. he stressed that since the last time I brought in the car, they are no longer Bredemen (and not responsible for any promises made when they were), and c. why don't I bring in my car anyway (and pay full price) so they "can introduce me to their reworked team." Huh? No Thanks. Their service has always been pretty good but waaay overpriced. I'll take my car elsewhere and will purchase my next vehicle from either Arlington or Highland Park Lexus - you blew it Anthony. More
Where to begin. I spoke with Jim Dyra over the phone about a Lexus RC350 that they had for sale. I live 8.5 hours away from this dealership and all I can see is wow. Very professional and easy to work with dealer, and when they say something they mean it. Jim locked the vehicle in for me before I drove 8.5 hours there. (Which is wonderful considering I’ve read reviews of other people driving far and then showing up and their car was sold). I got there, loved the car, Jim even came in on his day off to help me. He wasn’t pushy at all (really nobody was super aggressive) and let me take my time. There was issues with the tires and he had all 4 replaced for free. I then forgot some stuff in my car and he even sent me pictures of it. Very great guy, very great dealership, everyone I talked to (6-8 people) was super friendly. Highly recommend! More

While the facility looks a little dated as they continue to transition from the recent sale from Bredemann Lexus, the experience we had was top notch - mostly due to our awesome salesman Nate Boma. Just basing my expectations purely on my one other car buying experience, I was prepared for a long 6-8 hour battle of back and forth haggling, but I was pleasantly surprised how quick and efficient this car purchase was. Every phase of the process went smoothly, from the showroom browsing to the test drive, and then the pricing, financing, and final walk-through. My dad and I did our homework and came in prepared, but surprisingly we didn't need to fight to arrive to our price point - we agreed to a fair price very quickly. Nate was very transparent and didn't try to play any games with us. My dad can be a bit demanding and I can be a little too inquisitive, but Nate had supreme patience and was professional throughout. It was actually quite impressive. Even though we were taking up a lot of his time on a busy Saturday, we never felt rushed or like he was trying to squeeze in another sale after us. Even after we locked up the sale and we transitioned to financing, Nate could've shifted his attention to other potential buyers, but he continued to check up on us and make sure the process was continuing without issue. The finance guy Michael was also great. He went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate, and they were even able to beat the pre-approved rate from our bank that we walked in with. Overall, the service at Fields Lexus was great. Nate Boma earned our trust and went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and we were comfortable and confident in our purchase. Even the sales manager Steve Waldrop didn't hesitate to jump in and answer a few of our questions himself. While we don't buy cars often ourselves, I'd recommend Field's Lexus to anyone in the market for a luxury car. Ask for Nate! More

Unprofessional I’m the proud owner of a 2007 Lexus 400h that I recently had serviced at Bredermann Lexus. I’ve been visiting this service center for over a decade an I’m the proud owner of a 2007 Lexus 400h that I recently had serviced at Bredermann Lexus. I’ve been visiting this service center for over a decade and have purchased multiple cars from their dealership. I’m familiar with the staff there and how they operate. With that being said, they have went out of their way to make my life more difficult by removing my car from their registry without warning, no call backs after leaving several emails and voicemail messages, and out right lying after promising compensation for damage they admitted to during a car detailing job. A wireless cell phone charging mount was broken during my last visit, and they promised to compensate me for the damage in the amount of $20 which invoiced to them after I purchased it from Amazon. Jose Montanez and Jeff Kaddatz both assured me in person that everything would be settled, then they ignored my attempts to reach out shortly afterwards. Malinda Montanez seems to always tack on additional services that are not required for the car, and after I experienced trouble with the A/C unit, I called Malinda hoping she wills help me out. I left a message and tried multiple times to alleviate this issue, to no avail. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism shown by Lexus, and will be looking forward to speaking to one of the Bredemanns during my next visit. The staff in service has been negligent way too long and perhaps it’s time for a change. More
Decent guy; not pushy but *not* interested to sell :) Clam, respectful and not pushy. But kept saying its a special car multiple times to create a 'fake' scarcity.
