My experience at Fields was awesome! Mike Kim was great to work with and he really tried to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I found the pre-owned Lexus I eventually bought on a major internet car to work with and he really tried to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I found the pre-owned Lexus I eventually bought on a major internet car site. I went to Fields to test drive it late Saturday and while we were working out the details of the purchase, they had closed. Since they had closed and they wanted to make sure the car was washed and waxed, AND I could speak with the Tech guy, Howard, we decided to postpone the purchase until Monday. During that time, the car price had dropped $1,000 on the online search sights. On Monday, the dealership honored the price. It felt real good to know that I was dealing with such an respectable company. I would highly recommend Fields as a place to buy your next car! Side note: Howard was amazing at helping me learn all the new features of my RX350.
