Excellent Car Buying Experience Yesterday I purchased a ES300H and couldn't be happier. the car buying experience was outstanding. When I mentioned to the salesman that I have diff Yesterday I purchased a ES300H and couldn't be happier. the car buying experience was outstanding. When I mentioned to the salesman that I have difficulty seeing in low light situations and was thinking of getting the upgraded headlight package, he suggested that I return to test drive the car after dark. He felt that the standard headlights (which are a big improvement over the headlights in my previous Lexus) would suffice. He was correct. Whereas, others might have been happy to give me what I thought I wanted, he was more interested in guiding me to get what I really needed. I bought the extended warranty and the tire protection plan the morning of my purchase. This was a stroke of luck because no sooner did I drive away from the dealership I landed in a pothole and got a flat tire. Despite not having processed paperwork, the dealership quickly replaced the tire under the warranty and now all is well and wonderful! More

I was expecting the job to take an hour, but took only 20 minutes. In that sense, I felt like my issue was prioritized and resolved in no time. I truly appreciate service reps like Christine because she holds her job to a very high standard and is absolutely accommodating, which I cannot say for a lot of other service reps I've dealt with in the past.
