Best Luxury service out there! Winter is coming fast and sure enough my low tire came on .... Malinda greeted me with a warm smile and had a sign ready to go to get my pressure checked her co-worker noticed my oil is due Malinda asked if I had some time to wait to get my service done this way I don’t have to waste time going back and forth. I was all in in the mean time I set up my little work area in the waiting room.before I knew it my car was washed and ready to go. ripping of customer Towed in my GS350 2010 to bredemann lexus at 2000 Waukegan glenville. still 3 month warranty covered on my car and gave service men a warranty paper h Towed in my GS350 2010 to bredemann lexus at 2000 Waukegan glenville. still 3 month warranty covered on my car and gave service men a warranty paper he said will taking care it. the charge came out $1545. I have to paid first after couple day I called warranty company they said not cover because service men did not let them know first then about 5 day the car broke down again same problem. I took the car back in they found different problem will cost another $1600 I asked why you just fixed. "what I mean they did not fix the one have problem they fixed the one is good. also service men asked me the car was running before leave the shop right? I said yes for 5 day for $1545 charged. More
