I have a 2007 RX350 that I love and would like to keep as long as possible and she is helping me care for it so I can do that. On this past visit my 2 year old had a meltdown and Malinda not only helped me with my vehicle repairs but with my child! She was patient with me and helped me until I could get her safely secured in her car seat. I also appreciated the service team, in particular Christine, moving my car seat while Malinda helped me with my daughter. More
